Charlyn joined Redstone after interning at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co and working at the Gephardt Institute for Civic & Community Engagement, where she coordinated the inaugural run of a pre-orientation program for 350 first year students centering themes of community engagement; environmental sustainability; and diversity, equity and inclusion on campus and in St. Louis. Charlyn also co-founded her business school’s annual Diversity & Inclusion Summit, inviting students, faculty, and professionals to spend a day engaging in dialogue and workshops around building inclusive spaces and bringing awareness to identity within the workplace.

In her free time, Charlyn enjoys studying astrology, creative writing, and hosting friends. She is also Co-President of the Young Professionals Inclusive Leadership Council for GlobalMindED, a non-profit organization based in Denver.
