As a Director, Mark assists Redstone and its clients on growth, organizational design, and effectiveness opportunities.

Background

Mark is a Director Emeritus of McKinsey & Company, where he spent three decades advising organizations on business development, growth strategies, and organizational design. At McKinsey, he led the development of geographic practices in the US, and subsequently, across Africa and the Middle East. He also initiated and led development of the McKinsey Branding practice in the Americas, and separately, McKinsey’s global Organizational Insights practice that included diagnostic tools and methods to improve the on-going success and sustainability of an enterprise.

Mark began his career at The Procter & Gamble Company in brand management, where he developed his passion and experience for new business and product growth across a range of categories and business areas. He lives in Boulder and enjoys hiking, running, road and mountain biking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Mark and his wife, Melanie, have four children.
