Micah joined Redstone following her dual degree masters program, where she earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government with a concentration in leadership management and social urban policy. She is passionate about racial justice, economic equity, and remedying the homeless crisis in her hometown of San Francisco. During graduate school, Micah had the opportunity to work with several Bay Area-based nonprofits focused on providing legal aid, drug treatment, and job training to homeless individuals. Her support included capacity building, strategy planning, and field research contributing to the study, “What Role Does Access to Civil Justice Play in Reducing Homelessness? An Investigation of San Francisco” for the organization Open Door Legal.
Prior to graduate school, Micah worked in go-to-market strategy at Salesforce and for L.E.K. Consulting in their technology practice. She graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with a BA in Political Philosophy, and previously was a competitive hip hop dancer.
Micah lives in San Francisco and on the weekends can be found in dance class, hiking local trails, training for Hyrox, spending time with her dog, or reading to complete her annual Goodreads challenge.
