Esther joined Redstone as a Summer 2026 Intern and is a rising senior at Barnard College studying Political Science and Urban Studies.

Esther’s professional experience spans the public and social sectors, including the U.S. House of Representatives, the National Center for Children in Poverty, New York Lawyers for the Public Interest, and the CUNY Urban Food Policy Institute, where she supported policy research and strategy related to economic opportunity and access to basic needs.

Esther also serves as Co-Executive Director of What We All Deserve (WWAD), a youth-led movement advancing economic justice and access to basic needs. Through WWAD, she’s led efforts supporting menstrual equity, food justice, and higher education accessibility. Since its founding, WWAD has introduced nine student-written bills in the California and Texas state legislatures, two of which were signed by Governor Gavin Newsom in 2024.

Prior to Redstone, Esther spent a semester at Cambridge University studying international politics and religion. In her free time, she enjoys dancing and watching classical ballet, connecting with friends over home-cooked meals, and exploring the outdoors.
