Pennie joined Redstone after working as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where her clients ranged from local NYC nonprofits to multinational corporations. With a passion for supporting youth and mental health, Pennie is excited to shift her focus to the social sector and apply her expertise to helping Redstone clients create lasting social change.

Pennie graduated phi beta kappa and magna cum laude from Yale, where she majored in psychology and wrote her senior thesis on adolescent mental health. While at Yale, she was deeply involved in Camp Kesem, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children who have been impacted by a parent’s cancer, and volunteered as a swimming instructor for children with autism.

Pennie grew up in Hamilton, Massachusetts, and in her free time you can find her attempting to solve New York Times puzzles, baking pastries to share with friends, and playing squash and tennis.
