Molly joined Redstone after three years in management consulting at Bain & Company. She is passionate about education and the environment and got to work on strategy projects related to both during her time at Bain. She is also passionate about water and spent her undergraduate summers in South Africa helping to build a ceramic water filter production facility that uses local resources to create a point-of-use water treatment for homes, schools, and health clinics. She later served as Treasurer for the non-profit organization founded from this work.
