Background
Karen has a passion for helping employees and businesses thrive in unison, and enjoys the variety and challenge of the full spectrum of human resources. Before joining Redstone, she led the people function of a firm that was named in Outside Magazine’s Top 100 Best Places to Work two years in a row, and spent a number of years working with an artist owned record label in Buffalo, NY. Karen loves spending her free time with her partner and son, and enjoys gardening, hiking, live music, crafting, and hopes one day to return to the potter’s wheel.
