Background

Jeff joined Redstone after working at ideas42, an applied behavioral science non-profit focusing on persistent social problems. During his time at ideas42, Jeff worked on external projects focusing on sustainability, financial health, and post-secondary education. He also led internal projects on DEI and work-life balance. Jeff spent a couple years working in executive recruiting at Heidrick & Struggles.

Jeff graduated from Harvard with a degree in psychology and economics where he captained the wrestling team and founded the Harvard Naturalist Club. During college, Jeff took a gap year to backpack through Australia and New Zealand and taught English in Vietnam and Japan.

Originally from Massachusetts, Jeff spends his free time leading bird tours, climbing rocks, and cooking sweet potatoes.
