Nikhe joins Redstone as an Analyst after graduating from Yale College, where he earned a B.A. in History magna cum laude with Distinction. At Yale, he led the Hunger and Homelessness Action Project, a student-led nonprofit providing financial assistance, food rescue, case management and youth mentoring services to homeless and housing-insecure individuals in New Haven. Through his involvement, Nikhe has helped coordinate Connecticut’s largest tax assistance program, raised tens of thousands of dollars for New Haven nonprofits, and facilitated the distribution of thousands of meals to individuals who are food insecure.
Before joining Redstone, Nikhe built experience across housing policy, program evaluation, and strategy. He served as a youth homelessness strategy consultant for Bay Area counties totaling over 1.4 million residents, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Anthos|Home, a nonprofit helping New Yorkers navigate the housing voucher system. He has also previously conducted housing policy research at Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, worked in fundraising and development at the Advocates for Human Rights, worked to protect vulnerable tenants from unfair rental increases at the New Haven Fair Rent Commission, and advised international clientele as an intern at McKinsey & Company.
