Dietmar left his position as a Principal at Redstone in 2011 to become Vice President of Strategy and Marketing at Trout Unlimited. He is currently Deputy Regional Director, Latin America at the Nature Conservancy.
During his eight years at Redstone, Dietmar helped numerous foundations and NGOs pursue the highest social return on their investments. His experience at the firm included work on alleviating poverty in sub-Saharan Africa, increasing reproductive rights, and planning for large-scale conservation investments in the Colorado River Basin, Gulf of California, and the Amazon region of South America.
Previously, Dietmar was a consultant for three years with McKinsey & Company in the San Francisco and Munich offices. He holds a BA with distinction from the University of Colorado where he was a Presidents Leadership Class scholar and Phi Beta Kappa member.
