Caitlyn currently serves as Chief of Staff of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI), a philanthropic initiative founded by Priscilla Chan and Mark Zuckerberg with the aim to “advance human potential and promote equality in areas such as health, education, scientific research, and energy.”

During her tenure at Redstone, Caitlyn helped design a new approach to planning and managing philanthropic efforts to engage the public, governments, and corporations. She also worked with the Packard Foundation to develop lessons about impact investing from their pioneering role and 30 years of experience.

She joined Redstone from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Leadership Fellow and the Director of The Wharton Social Venture Fund. Prior to attending Wharton, Caitlyn worked for the Rockefeller Foundation, where she focused on strategic planning to identify and develop new areas of work for the Foundation. Previously, she worked in management consulting for Booz & Company and Katzenbach Partners, serving technology and financial services clients on corporate strategy. She earned an MBA from The Wharton School, and a BA in Philosophy from Brown University.
