Currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research,  Judd co-authored a paper in the Journal of Public Economics in 2014, titled “A credible approach for measuring inframarginal participation in energy efficiency programs.”Judd will begin his tenure as an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of California, San Diego beginning Fall 2017.

During nearly three years at Redstone, Judd managed projects for a variety of clients related to domestic and international environment, global development, reproductive health and rights, and education. He left the firm to pursue his doctoral studies, and completed a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Berkeley in 2015.

Before joining Redstone, Judd worked as a biologist in Venezuela’s Los Roques Archipelago National Park and a policy analyst at the Environmental Defense Fund. He earned a BA and an MS from Stanford University.
