The goal at Redstone is to make a difference in the world. We work on difficult business, environmental, and social problems, which can have an impact at a global scale. As a result, we work hard and we expect a lot of each other. If these were easy problems to solve, others would have solved them already.
Because Redstone is a small firm and an intellectual meritocracy, all firm members participate in the conceptual problem solving and analytical parts of the project. In addition, all projects include substantial partner time, creating learning opportunities for consultants at all levels.
Professional development is an important part of your experience at Redstone. We want every one of our consultants to succeed at Redstone or wherever else you may go in life. We therefore provide the support you need to build important technical, problem solving, communication, and client management skills while at Redstone.
Lastly, while the job can be demanding, the atmosphere is anything but stiff. Office attire is often casual, and you can generally find team members enjoying a bike ride before work or hiking a local mountain in the evening. With 300 days of sunshine and plenty of hiking, biking, climbing, and skiing nearby, there is always plenty to do outside of work.
