


Analysts are responsible for solving a discrete piece of the client's problem. Typical activities include performing research, building spreadsheet models, mapping and analyzing data in GIS, interviewing experts, and communicating results within the team and to clients. Analysts are an important part of the team and participate in all internal discussions, brainstorming sessions, and client presentations.
Qualifications:
Associates are responsible for solving a larger piece of a client's problem. Associates generally form hypotheses, perform analysis, lead brainstorming sessions, plan and conduct expert interviews, and create insights and recommendations. As associates continue to develop their skills, they become senior associates where they manage larger pieces of the client engagement.
Qualifications: Same as an analyst plus a proven track record as a Business Analyst at a top consulting firm and/or an MBA or advanced degree.
Project managers manage day-to-day activities on the project and run most client interactions. Project managers are responsible for developing and managing the project work plan, structuring analyses, assigning work, developing new insights, and surfacing relevant issues. In addition, project managers are responsible for the professional development and coaching of analysts and associates on the team.
As project managers gain experience, they become senior project managers, where they oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications: Same as an associate plus project management experience at a top consulting firm.
Principals work closely with project teams to develop innovative solutions to client problems and manage higher level client relationships. Principals are responsible for securing projects, overseeing administrative activities, and representing Redstone in the larger community.
